Commercial Brokerage Services |
Commercial LeasingOur Leasing Division has marketed and negotiated terms for hundreds of retail, office and industrial properties throughout New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Our success has come through a combination of refined marketing activities that include direct mailing campaigns to targeted users, broker networking and selected advertising. This success has attracted a wide variety of commercial users inquiring about possible locations who are served by our extensive market presence and ability to negotiate advantageous terms and conditions. Furthermore, we understand tenants’ needs and can quickly determine a way to make your property work for them. |
Tenant/Buyer RepresentationWhen acquisition of a property or commercial leasing is being considered, MEG will survey all suitable opportunities by generating discussions with institutional asset managers and other owners and by reviewing properties being offered by other commercial brokers. We will help you get the best location and facility to meet your needs. Due DiligenceWe will prepare a complete investigative analysis of an asset’s current position in the marketplace and its physical condition. The analysis will include the identification of all legal, physical and economic characteristics that impact the asset. |
Disposition
We will design a marketing plan to maximize exposure to a defined target market. This is accomplished through MEG’s extensive network of regional and national investors and brokers through our membership in CIBOR, ICSC, CCIM, NNEREN, and various local real estate boards.
We believe that Commercial Brokerage is based on the ability to provide exceptional asset management in order to understand the characteristics of the asset, its position in the marketplace, and the objectives of both the owner and the buyer.
