Tenant/Buyer Representation
When acquisition of a property or commercial leasing is being considered, MEG will survey all suitable opportunities by generating discussions with institutional asset managers and other owners and by reviewing properties being offered by other commercial brokers. We will help you get the best location and facility to meet your needs.
Disposition
We will design a marketing plan to maximize exposure to a defined target market. This is accomplished through MEG’s extensive network of regional and national investors and brokers through our membership in CIBOR, ICSC, CCIM, NNEREN, and various local real estate boards.

Due Diligence
MEG will prepare a complete investigative analysis of an asset’s current position in the marketplace and its physical condition. The analysis will include the identification of all legal, physical and economic characteristics that impact the asset.
